Job Title: Clerical Officer / Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clerical Officer / Administrator to join our busy team on a temporary contract.
The ideal candidate will have high-level administration experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients in a courteous manner, dealing with enquiries politely and efficiently.
* Deal with ad hoc enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and responsive manner, solving problems immediately where possible.
* Take minutes of meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Process data efficiently, setting up appointments, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining administrative duties in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of administration experience in an office environment.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) is essential for this role.
* Minute taking experience is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English and the right to work in Ireland are essential.
* Excellent attention to detail is required.
Working Hours:
This full-time position is based Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, working 35 hours per week.
