Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and commissioning of HVAC equipment. This will include air and water cooled chillers, roof top packages and DX room cooling units, as well as other third party equipment.
With in-house training and backup from our service team and factory-based engineers, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in this field.
About the Role
This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will need to be self-sufficient and able to problem-solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
* Commission new HVAC equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on chiller plant and refrigeration systems.
* Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
* Travel extensively throughout the country, often overnighting on location.
* Be part of an 'on call' rota, available 24/7 when on call.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in a field service role.
* Proven experience with servicing HVAC equipment.
* F-gas certification.
* Ability to work with PC-based tools (MS Word, Excel etc) and proprietary software.
* Full, clean driver's license.
* Permit to work in the EU.
