Role Overview
The International Channel Sales Manager role will drive new sales with Reselling Partners, Channel Partner recruitment within the region, and serve as an extension of the Canto Global Channel and Partnerships team throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and execute the company’s Channel strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals across Europe, with a focus on scaling partner ecosystems and driving market-specific initiatives.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Direct Sellers, Account Managers, and senior partner stakeholders to align channel efforts with overall business goals.
* Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and sales enablement activities tailored to the European market.
* Drive the onboarding process for new strategic partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively pitch and sell Canto solutions.
* Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive mutual success in the Channel program.
* Stay informed on European market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to proactively adjust the channel strategy and maintain market leadership.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years Sales or Account Management experience.
* 2+ years experience (minimum) in New Partner Recruitment and Partner Management.
* SaaS industry experience preferred.
* Professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* German language skills a significant plus.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
