QEHS Advisor I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced QEHS Advisor to join their dynamic and collaborative team. The RoleReporting to the QEHS Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are upheld across all projects. ResponsibilitiesPromote a proactive health and safety culture throughout the organisation.Communicate safety alerts and deliver toolbox talks to site teams and staff.Review method statements and risk assessments (RAMS), providing expert advice to project managers and supervisors.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; complete detailed inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.Deliver health and safety inductions for new team members.Coordinate staff safety training with external providers (e.g., safe pass, manual handling, first aid).Investigate site accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventative measures.Assist with external audits, including Safe-T-Cert (health and safety) and ISO 9001 (quality management).Key Qualifications & SkillsDegree or Diploma in Health & Safety.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health and safety management, preferably within the fire protection, engineering, or construction sectors.Strong planning, organisational, and time management abilities.High level of computer literacy is essential.Full, clean driving licence.What’s on OfferCompetitive benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement in a collaborative and supportive environment.A chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the safety of people, projects, and operations.If you have the required skills and experience and are looking for your next career move, I’d love to hear from you.
