Key Responsibilities:
* Manage staffing levels to meet operational demands and customer priorities.
* Communicate daily tasks, working procedures, health and safety guidelines, and audit information to team members.
* Complete accurate shift handovers with incoming and outgoing team leaders and shift managers.
* Update the team on targets, accuracy checks, provide training, and offer feedback while addressing underperformance when necessary.
Requirements for Success:
* Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced FMCG operation from goods receipt to dispatch.
* Familiarity with managing small teams to achieve agreed-upon targets.
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
* A solid understanding of current health and safety laws and compliance regulations.
