Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Shannon.
This is a contract role for 10-12 months with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. The role involves working Monday to Friday in the office.
Duties:
* Support senior managers and executives with daily administrative tasks
* Plan meetings, schedule appointments, and update calendars
* Make travel arrangements and reservations
* Compose and type regular correspondence, such as invitations and informative materials
* Develop and maintain filing systems
* Greet and provide general support to visitors
* Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures
* Work effectively and cooperatively with management and other employees
Requirements:
* Previous recent experience in a similar role
* A high level of professionalism and energy, along with a willingness and ability to handle responsibility with a flexible and innovative approach
* In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
