Position Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments in a dynamic setting.
Main Responsibilities
* Retail Sales: Assist customers by providing product information, answering queries, and processing sales transactions.
* Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed correctly and restocked as needed.
* Warehouse Operations: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock in the warehouse. Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reordering when necessary.
* Organize and label stock for easy retrieval and efficient warehouse operations.
* Online Department: Process online orders, ensuring that items are accurately selected, packed, and shipped to customers.
* Assist with managing the online inventory and updating product listings as required.
* Packing Assistant: Assist with packing products for both in-store customers and online orders, ensuring items are securely and neatly packaged.
Requirements
* No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
* Comfortable using computers and handling online order processing systems.
* Please provide education and examination results where applicable.
