Assistant Manager Opportunity at Supermac's Park Road
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Manager at Supermac's Park Road.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Support: Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
* Team Supervision: Oversee daily activities of team members, ensuring tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
* Customer Focus: Maintain 100% focus on customers and colleagues alike, providing a positive experience.
* Hands-on Leadership: Demonstrate a commitment to developing your team, leading by example.
* Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
* Sales and Promotions: Coordinate in-store sales and promotions to drive business growth.
* Operational Support: Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, selection, training, and development of team members, as well as daily restaurant operations, food safety, and employee relations.
Your Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the Catering/Hospitality/Quick Service Food industry is required.
* Demonstrate excellent people management skills.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, especially when interacting with customers.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach, being innovative, motivating, and energetic.
* Possess knowledge of food safety (HACCP) principles.
* Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
