Technical and Scientific Affairs Manager
A key member of the Site Leadership Team, responsible for executing the technical agenda of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of process/TSA scientists in providing technical expertise and leadership for investigation and resolution of process deviations.
* Develop and implement root cause analysis procedures.
* Collaborate with National Authorities as required.
* Implement new production methods and technology transfer.
* Examine development processes and adapt them to registration requirements.
* Participate in short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals).
* At least 8 years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, including new product introductions and product support.
* 5+ years' experience in People Leadership with direct and/or matrix reports.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Experience with vaccines desirable, particularly in product development and stewardship.
