About the Role:
As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, playing a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. Your efforts in prospecting, outreach, and collaboration will directly fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high-potential companies that align with our solutions.
- Work closely with SMB Account Executives to design and execute tailored prospecting strategies.
- Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across channels (email, social, calls) for diverse industries and personas.
- Share insights and best practices to elevate the team's outbound performance.
- Uphold a culture of professionalism, persistence, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of experience in outbound/inbound BDR roles, preferably in marketing tech or SaaS.
- A proactive learner with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Energized by fast-paced environments and building relationships.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Strong communicator with a knack for articulating value propositions.
Compensation:
- OTE: €67,000 (€43,550 base + €23,450 commission).
