Responsibilities:
* Process & maintain accurate accounts and filing records, including assisting with invoices, purchase orders & expenses.
* Provide administrative support for the Engineering & Operations Team, including logging jobs and order processing.
* Handle customer service inquiries and queries.

* Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Education: Leaving Certificate (required).
* Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred), Administration: 2 years (preferred), Sage: 2 years (required).
