An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced team in a private healthcare entity in Mahon as a grade 3 clerical officer.
Are you adaptable? Do you have Administrative experience? What will the job entail?
1. Diary management - Scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling appointments
2. Answering phones and directing them accordingly
3. Updating files both digitally and manually
4. Dealing with the public face to face and providing good service
5. Writing referral letters and posting
What do you need to have?
6. Previous medical experience is desirable
7. Strong Administrative experience is necessary
8. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. A positive can do attitude towards work
