Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects across various stages, from design to handover.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Project Management Team to deliver projects at various stages, including design, planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Coordinate project team meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain accurate records.
* Assist in preparing project management documents, such as project management plans, programmes, and development cost plans.
* Coordinate communication with project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear expectations.
* Oversee the delivery of projects to meet quality, programme, and budget targets.
* Support the appointment of contractors and consultants on projects, ensuring effective collaboration and project control.
* Maintain relevant project documentation and controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor progress on various projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Presentation of reports to clients, summarizing project progress and key findings in a clear and professional format.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Scheduling experience using Primavera or Microsoft Project is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Strong written English and report writing skills.
* A proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
