The Role
We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
Prepare mise-en-place in accordance with levels set and to the standards set.
Meet and greet all guests in a professional manner
Deliver and serve drinks and food according to the Merrion standards
Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with grooming standards
ensure all glassware/ crockery are polished and ready for mise-en-place
