Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who has a passion for cars and enjoys helping customers improve or fix their vehicles. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Booking in, checking and locating all parts delivered daily
2. Pre-picking parts two days in advance for all future workshop bookings
3. Monitoring and pricing all parts required for vehicle health checks and service camps carried out
4. Efficiently providing technicians with any additional parts required throughout the day
5. Ensuring the parts department is always clean and clear of non-located parts
6. Reporting to and assisting the parts manager with all additional tasks required
7. Monitoring and tracking special tooling movements to workshops and technicians
Requirements
* Parts Advisor experience in retail or hospitality
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually when required
* Willingness to learn
* Customer service experience
* Full driving licence (an advantage)
* PASSION FOR CARS
* Highly organised
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Self-initiative
