NZB Airfreight are global equine travel agents, flying precious horses around the world.
We are looking for a hardworking, organised Airfreight Operations team member to join our fast-paced team in an administrative position.
This role will be responsible for a wide range of logistical and operational tasks such as:
* Day-to-day communications with clients and suppliers
* Airfreight bookings and processing
* Be responsible for arranging door-to-door transport for horses of all breeds and types
This is an office based position requiring:
* Computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Teams and the ability to learn a bespoke program.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* The ability to adapt to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Be a part of an exciting, unique industry with 250+ flights annually, plus live auctions and various events throughout the year. Working in a collaborative and supportive team based at our beautiful Karaka office. Situated on 40 lush acres with a gym onsite, easy access off the motorway and plenty of free parking of course! Knowledge of the equine industry is advantageous but not essential. Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
