Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for a Junior Sous Chef for one of our well-established clients in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
The Junior Sous Chef will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3+ years’ experience in a culinary environment.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work in high pressure situations.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
1. Competitive salary €38,000-€42,000 per year depending on experience.
