Learning and Leadership Partner

We’re seeking a dynamic Learning and Leadership Partner to join our team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and present strategic insights to senior leaders on a global scale.
Based in Naas, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Positioned within our learning academies structure, the Learning Consultant role helps to evolve the way employees learn at Kerry by building a proactive learning culture and delivering the highest quality learning and development portfolio for employees. This role will work closely with the leadership teams, our HRBPs, our regional Talent Leads and relevant functional Subject Matter Experts.
Through this engagement this role will drive our strategy and provide employees with a set of consistent tools, methodologies, and resources to own their ongoing career development. Key to success will be to first assess the current level of functional and professional capabilities through defining the necessary competencies and behaviours required for the future.
Once identified, this successful applicant will then build enhanced capabilities through the deployment of targeted learning solutions in line with identified learning and organisational needs.
Driving change in the way we develop our people to ensure the most effective solutions are deployed successfully within the business will be a core accountability for this role.

Key responsibilities
1. Oversee all Learning Needs Analysis for relevant audiences(customer care & business development) within Kerry, instilling a positive, high-performing, innovative and growth-oriented environment, consistently assessing current and designing future focused Functional learning and development strategies, that will position Kerry as first choice for the best talent.
2. Build strong Functional relationships with relevant Functions and HR Business Partners & Change Leads by engaging, communicating, and influencing across all levels of leadership.
3. Lead the learning needs analysis activity for all relevant Functions, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Leads and Functional leads, to determine the scale and scope of skills & capability needed to drive the business strategy.
4. Liaise and consult with leadership in addition to in-house functional leads on defining and validating capability needs.
5. Lead the design and development activity to meet learning and performance needs, in partnership with Functional SMEs, Learning colleagues and where relevant third-party suppliers, including leading out on any required RFP processes and managing spend requests.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions in achieving capability development, performance improvement and overall contribution to business impact and value, using recognised learning evaluation models.
7. Research and identify external learning and development trends, technology, methodology and ways of working which are appropriate and relevant to Kerry, and act as an early adopter of these
8. Drive learning consistency by building & sharing best practice in ways of working with other
9. Learning Consultants in Kerry and being an ambassador for learning in Kerry.
Qualifications and skills
10. Solid experience in progressive responsibility and measurable success in learning and development or a related discipline. We are looking for this experience to include also leading strategies at an enterprise level within a global, fast-paced, highly matrixed, multi-functional environment.
11. Demonstrable experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders to achieve people- related change.
12. In this role you will be expected at times to deliver learning experiences, so a high standard of presentation and facilitation skills will be needed, in both face to face and online environments.
13. You’ll also need to be an effective communicator, relationship builder and programme manager, with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.
14. Experience of designing and delivering blended learning & development solutions in preferred, ideally within customer centric, global organisations.
15. This role will involve working and influencing with a global matrixed organisation so experience in working in this type of organisation is preferred.
16. Kerry has a global presence and so an awareness and understanding of cultural difference is important in achieving success in this role.
