Working as an IAM Lead, you will be immersed in the technological and progressive culture that exists in the company.
Your new role
You will play a key role in aligning the Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes across business and functional domains, managing the IAM applications from a product perspective and leading the Enterprise IAM Team. The overarching goal is to unify fragmented IAM processes, ensuring they align with the Information Security Standards and are effectively managed. Reporting to the Head of Security Architecture, you will provide deep subject matter expertise on enterprise identity strategy and associated processes. You will be responsible for the strategic alignment of the IAM Strategy, along with having a key input to IAM-related budget decisions. Crucial to this role is significant stakeholder management as identity processes are run across a number of different teams and partners, along with the establishment and operation of new processes and changes to existing ones, gaining support for those changes and the resourcing needed. The ultimate expectation for this role is to Develop and maintain the IAM roadmap, aligning ongoing activities with the roadmap, providing input on various projects, such as IT PAM, SOD, SailPoint and CyberArk, by outlining requirements and prioritizing tasks based on the roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need minimum 8 years experience in the technology domain, along with 5+ years working in an IT Security discipline. You will come from an extensive IAM background, with proven experience in identity solution architecture and process management. You will have strong expertise in Security frameworks and best practice, Identity security concepts and open standards, Creation of reference architecture templates and patterns, Threat modelling and experience with password vaulting solutions and account lifecycle management solutions. Along with this, with you will have excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
