This Global Engineering Consultancy Organisation Dublin 4 are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing all aspects of monthly payroll.
* Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers.
* Administering the pension scheme, including remitting monthly payments and reconciling contributions.
* Handling health insurance payments and related administration.
* Filing payroll-related paperwork and documentation.
* Collaborating closely with HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in the payroll function.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with PAYE Modernisation and ROS.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
