Legal Executive Assistant
The Role
* Assist in the preparation of briefs and administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and managing documentation.
* Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
* Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and understand billing procedures.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
* Manage monthly invoices and chase aged debt.
The Candidate
A Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant with excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial department and be familiar with Case Management systems and client billing systems.
They should possess good communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to deal with clients efficiently and sensitively as a representative of the firm.
Additionally, they should have accurate typing skills, an excellent understanding of grammar, and the ability to maintain filing systems effectively.
