Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lift Repair Engineer to join our Ireland division based in Belfast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.
Key Responsibilities
* Repairing or replacing customer lifts
* Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
* Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
* Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
* Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
This role requires working out of hours on a pro rata basis.
Requirements
* NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
* A full UK Driving License and ability to travel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
* A positive attitude and receptiveness to change
* Extreme organisation
* Superior customer-care skills
* The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
* An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
