Job Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as a product and business owner for LC-MS/MS solutions specific to clinical diagnostics and therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for LC-MS/MS solutions in clinical diagnostics and therapeutic areas.
* Develop and execute VoC (Voice of Customer) and competitive benchmark efforts to identify unmet needs and create value propositions for new product solutions in key therapeutic areas.
* Create comprehensive business cases for new product solutions or enhancements, incorporating market and customer requirements.
* Lead VOC SME (Subject Matter Expert) customer relationship management and continuous customer feedback activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality departments for successful clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and clearance to enable new solution launches.
* Define and implement New Product Launch strategies, working closely with field marketing, sales, and service management teams to establish commercial launch plans and maximize sales impact within the first two years.
* Collaborate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams on content generation to fulfill marketing strategy campaigns.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent required; MBA highly desirable.
* Experience in LC/MS product management is mandatory; IVD experience a plus.
* Proven track record in product management, business development, sales, or customer-facing roles in the clinical diagnostic market.
* Strong understanding of Waters' clinical products and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
