Job description Our client, a leading Packaging Company is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant/Payroll to provide day to day accounts processing support within a busy office environment.
The primary focus of the role will be: Accounts administration supportAccounts payable/receivableInvoicingAccount reconciliationProcessing bank payments and reconciliationsRevenue returns (VAT, Customs and Excise)Compiling weekly account reports in line with KPI'sReporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team as directed by ManagementAdministration procedures: Ensure the Administration area is supported by well documented procedures and review existing procedures regularly and update as necessaryGeneral office administration and support to Senior Management as requiredAssisting other members of the team as necessary and participating in various projects as requiredJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience: Finance or accounts: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
