They offer specialised expertise along with a vast product range to strategically improve customer supply chains.Requirements:Minimum three to five years of experience in operations.P&L experience.Knowledge of monthly forecast and annual planning preferred.Project Management experience is preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills with proven leadership and organisational skills. Can align strategy to the overall objectives of the business.Ability for travel up to 10%.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the customer order book and oversee On-Time Delivery (OTD) ensuring customers receive orders timely and to the highest quality.Meet all customer requirements and resolve any concerns. Conduct regular engagements to understand changing demand and feedback into Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Solicit feedback to review with local staff.Solicit new growth opportunities and find solutions that can enhance overall customer value.Review, fully understand and forecast the monthly financial statements which include sales and inventory forecasting, manning, expenses, and A/P reporting.Develop a comprehensive knowledge of On-Time Delivery, Lines Shipped, Shortages, Quality issues, Rejects and COGS.Ensure the efficient operation and utilisation of all warehouse equipment.Establish productivity requirements for the various departments and employees.Understand and optimise staffing requirements.Promote a culture of continuous improvement.Personnel management in conjunction with HR, maintain the necessary staffing levels required and optimise productivity.Create a positive working environment fostering open communication and encouraging engagement with the communities where the branch is located.Manage staff located in the branch as well as customer-based personnel.Establish employee objectives and conduct performance appraisals, hiring, onboarding and development.Knowledge and compliance with ISO standards.Adhere to safety programs, housekeeping and security responsibilities.Comply with all company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations.Other duties as may be required.If you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are interested in this position, please apply now and Ciara who is based in our Northeast office will be in contact if you are suitable.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
