We have an exciting opportunity for an EHS Manager to work with our integrated teams on client sites in the Munster region. This is a contract role, specifically 12 months long.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and promote a culture of EHS compliance within the Plant.
* Manage ISO Certification and Audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
* Organise Health and Safety Training and maintain the on-site training matrix.
* Develop and collaborate with teams on monthly safety alert/toolbox talk topics based on current risks and trends.
* Participate in audit processes and procedures to ensure the business complies with relevant statutory and best practices.
* Carry out Site Audit Inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Support the team in developing High Risk Assessments and Method Statements across the Contract.
* Assist the Waste Administrator with waste management and invoicing in line with the Commercial Team's requirements.
* Analyse the monthly EHS statistics for global board reports, identifying any current trends.
* Liaise with EHS regulators such as HSA, EPA, and local councils.
* Maintain the EHS management system.
* Collaborate with site leadership to ensure alignment on priority EHS issues.
* Ensure effective management of EHS spend, driving efficiencies and cost savings across service and equipment providers.
About You
* You should have more than 5 years of EHS experience.
* You possess strong knowledge of EHS regulations and local/national authorities.
* You are proficient in MS Office.
* You demonstrate a problem-solving attitude.
* You excel in client management skills.
