The Opportunity
Due to our continued success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Account Support Admin to develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class service to our corporate clients.
In this role, you will build client and customer relationships and support the account and sales managers in their day-to-day activities. You must have a passion for customer care, be an excellent communicator, and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting B2B Sales function and clients through all stages of the sales cycle (processing to operational)
* Responsible for driving customer relationships to further develop opportunities while ensuring a consistent experience for the customer.
* During customer interactions, offer industry insights, market intelligence and internal observations of the customer’s business that advances their priorities and opens new opportunities.
* Adhere to monthly/quarterly accountability requirements and plan to achieve targets set.
* Ensure that all levels of engagement positively contribute to the customer and drive customer satisfaction.
* Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure corporate strategies are fulfilled by collaborating with sales managers, operational team and finance.
* Analyse existing and new business opportunities.
* Supporting key clients in the day-to-day utility management of their portfolios.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Experienced in handling various stages of the sales cycle with a strong focus on after-sales care.
* Highly motivated with demonstrated experience of achieving targets.
* Customer-focused and experienced in building positive relationships and influencing decision makers to improve revenue and retention.
* Problem-solving by working through issues and offering solutions to clients.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent phone manners.
* Good attention to detail along with the ability to multitask.
* Confident dealing with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
Desirable
* Good experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of the Irish utility marketplace an advantage.
* Previous experience in an administration role.
