We have an opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join us at Italicatessen.

Role: Head of Supply Chain
Italicatessen Ltd is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to support the business's growth plans.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and is part of the senior leadership team.
The Head of Supply Chain will oversee all warehouse, transport/logistics, customer services, and procurement activities.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with other departments, such as sales, finance, HR, and occasionally, group counterparts/colleagues.
The successful candidate will develop and periodically report on agreed KPIs, drive projects within the Supply Chain to deliver growth plans, and coach direct reports with their development plans.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Significant/relevant experience in supply chain with a clear track record of delivery in a fast-paced/growth environment.
* Knowledge of the food industry.
* A clear and effective communicator at all levels of the organisation.
* A hands-on operator who can manage diverse demands, mentor/support direct reports, and deliver expectations.
* A self-starter who can take initiative, apply knowledge, and make a difference.
* A proven leader capable of motivating and building effective teams.
* A commercial role that engages with sales and finance on a regular basis.
