About the role
A brief summary (Fixed Term Role)
Based out of the Remote Broadcast Centre in Dublin you will be part of a new production resource team, reporting into the Service Delivery Manager – Event Staffing.
Your role will involve helping build processes around resource management for the facility focusing on one of Gravity Media's biggest client deliveries, a leading esports company.
Working in a team that will grow with the facility you will be an integral part of the development of the facility.
While this role will mainly focus on the global event staffing, there may be a need to support and manage bookings for other client projects at times.
You will benefit from being part of a team contributing to an inclusive and supportive working environment This is an office-based role, with shift work and on call around weekends and evenings.
What you'll be responsible for
Delivering all administrative requirements when needed.
E.g., Creating call sheets, Risk Assessments, Contracts, Release forms and raising purchase orders.Management of freelancer databaseWorking acrossall global event staffresourcing, with a focus on theEsportmedia contractPrime focus will be booking freelancer crew across on global events.
This will entail reviewing resumes and ensuring all new freelancers are onboarded with crew forms, invoicing details, contracts, risk assessments and release forms.
Then updating crew booked on scheduling software.At times, being the responsible person in the office whilst staff or clients are working on site providing support that may be necessary.Working with the Service Delivery Manager & Production Manager – Event Staffing in forecasting and ensuring running budgets are always up to date.Working flexible and extended hours, including evenings and weekends when required, as well as occasional on-call duties over the weekend, to meet production requirements.Facilitate clear and efficient communication to ensure smooth operations.Guaranteeing all monthly costs are thoroughly accounted for and accurately recorded in the PO and invoicing log.Ensuring effective and professional communication with clients, maintaining strong relationships.Reporting risks, accidents and escalating them to the appropriate management team member.This role is for you if
At least 2 years in a role within broadcastFirst class organisational skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) SharePointExcellent communication skills – must be confident in dealing with a variety of people inside and outside the businessEnthusiastic and willing to learn new skillsAble to work well within a team and use own initiativeFlexibility (some out of hours working may be required & weekend work)
