We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with a strong administrative background. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the technology sector and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
6. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
2. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
3. Good understanding of the technology sector.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
7. Ability to attend our head office in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
