You will support the Store Manager and leadership team to drive store operations and sales performance. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, keeping them engaged and preparing them for future leadership opportunities. By setting clear objectives and KPI targets, you will ensure the team is motivated to achieve success while maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
* Utilize your commercial acumen to drive sales, maximize store productivity, and control costs.
* Analyze daily and weekly commercial reports to ensure the store is set up for success.
* Support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and developing a talented team, fostering engagement and leadership growth.
* Set clear objectives and KPI targets for your team, ensuring regular follow-ups.
* Manage and support underperformers to align with business goals.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for all store concepts and inspiring your team.
* Oversee stock management and product rotation.
* Implement visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and share insights with the regional team.
* Conduct weekly competitor visits, reporting key insights to enhance store performance.
* Maintain strong communication with regional and brand centre teams.
