are being met.Overview:In this role, you will be a part of the IOPS IT Business
Operations team, supporting essential business services such as procurement,
license management, budgeting, resource management, and communications
management.RequirementsAs an IT Business Operations Analyst a typical day
might include, but are not limited to, the following:Apply functional knowledge of IT Business Management,
including asset management and business operations, to support and contribute
to IT initiatives and processes under supervisionManage the procurement activities for the IOPS IT group
where relevantContribute to reports on progress to procurement, vendor
management, project managers, and/or operations teams as necessaryGather data on software licenses in IOPS IT and
population of all data into Software Licensing portalManage the license management database and works with the
relevant IT personnel to maintain accuracy as well as coordinate procurement
activities for licensing needs and renewalsExecute tasks in accordance with established processes
and regularly update internal stakeholders on the progress and maintenance of
these processesMay provide system administration support of internal
Resource Management ToolMaintain integrity of resource data & reporting in
our Resource Management Tool(s) Assist the Resource Managers/Project Managers in
developing and generating reports, as well as tracking metrics to support their
resource requirementsSupport the team in preparing budgetary reports and
performing contract management administrative tasks for key stakeholdersCollaborate with the team in updating the relevant
communications platforms, dashboards and metrics, ensuring consistency and
transparency across the organizationMaintain the integrity and structure of the IT Business
Operations Teams sites Support the IT Business Operations Manager as required in
continuous improvement initiatives. To be considered for this opportunity you should have:IT Business Analyst role requires BA/BS in Business,
Management or related field3+ years of Business Operations experienceExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
skills with the ability to effectively
interact with team members with tact and diplomacyStrong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office
& SharePoint is requiredHave a good level of independence, judgment, and basic
problem-solving skills. Are comfortable acting as a point person for
tasks/projects. Ability to work independently but also collaborate with
