Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Role Purpose
The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role is to generate revenue through phone and email across the island of Ireland classified categories, and commercial advertising content.
Role Responsibilities (Overview)
1. Building a sales funnel generating leads via inbound follow-up, outbound cold calling and emailing for your area of responsibility
2. Building and developing good client relationships
3. Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
4. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
5. Asking layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer’s objectives and challenges
6. Leading with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives
7. Following best practices when using AdPoint – sales opportunities, pipeline management & sales activities
8. Performing effective online solution demos to prospective clients
9. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned area of responsibility
10. Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI goals and objectives
11. Working with cross-functional teams for desired revenue outcomes
12. Other responsibilities as determined by management
Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
1. 3+ years within a high performing inside sales environment
2. Deep understanding of the entire advertising market
3. Experience in consultative sales process
4. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets

2. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills and an ability to identify new opportunities
3. Strong phone presence and managing high call volumes
