Our Client is a thriving global retailer, who continues to expand globally, and they are looking for a Regional Security Manager (Ireland/UK).
Reporting to the Global Security Manager (Retail), you will play a key role in safeguarding their business operations while collaborating with teams across Europe and the USA.
What You'll Be Doing: Building and maintaining strong internal and external security networks.
Identifying and mitigating security risks to protect our people, assets, and brand.
Acting as a trusted advisor on security and loss prevention strategies.
Leading retail crime prevention initiatives and reducing stock losses.
Managing and evaluating security guard performance.
Supporting new store openings and business events.
Investigating security incidents and implementing key recommendations.
Conducting risk assessments and site security audits.
Enhancing travel security for business travelers.
Contributing to crisis management, security innovation, and operational efficiency.
The Person: A strategic thinker with expertise in security risk management and loss prevention.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work autonomously.
Proven experience in security technology, risk assessments, and retail security strategies.
Knowledge of civil, criminal, and employment law in relevant jurisdictions.
A problem solver with excellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in corporate investigations, event security, and crisis management.
