Handle printing, organizing, and filing tasks. Prepare and oversee tender documents and processes. Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes. Draft correspondence, invoices, and other administrative materials. Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain detailed records. Oversee contract management and related tasks. Schedule and arrange site visits and inspections. Attend site surveys and walkthroughs as required. Create and submit planning documents for approval. Support various administrative duties as needed. About You: Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction or site management. Familiarity with tender documentation and processes.
