Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Travel Administrator to join our team in Dublin. As a permanent, full-time employee, you will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation requests, preparing itineraries, and handling budget and expense management.
About the Role
* Handle incoming travel and accommodation requests from employees in a timely manner
* Assist with all aspects of travel booking, including hotels, rental cars, and taxis
* Prepare detailed itineraries as required
* Collaborate with travel agencies to prepare bookings and handle last-minute changes
* Manage budgets and track travel invoices on a weekly basis
* Prepare travel reports for the payroll team
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
* Strong MS Office experience
* Relevant 3rd level qualification
* Working knowledge of visa and travel requirements for international travel
