We are looking for talented engineers to join our AWS Support team, where you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
Job Description:
You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities. Our team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and have backgrounds from a variety of different fields.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Responsibilities:
* Perform troubleshooting and general guidance on AWS services for customers
* CSA supports multiple AWS services based on assigned Profile
* AWS cutting-edge technology acquisition and utilization
* Cases through customer support during issue occurrence
* Provide appropriate solutions tailored to individual customer needs through Troubleshooting tasks
* Interact with top engineers worldwide
* Collaborate with AWS development teams, Technical Account Manager, and Solutions Architect to support customer problem-solving
* Provide feedback to AWS internal teams regarding customer-driven AWS service improvement suggestions
* Promote projects improving related support processes and customer technical support experience
* Submit tutorials and technical articles to the AWS customer community
* Respond to complex and critical customer issues spanning multiple AWS services
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
* No restrictions on traveling abroad or issuing long-period visas
* Ability to work in Ireland, Dublin
* Fluent in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications:
* 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops
* Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall
* Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
* Passionate about customers and new technology
* Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
* Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
* Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
* Advanced English communication skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
* Self-starter who is excited about technology
* Troubleshooting / Support experience
