Keeling's is hiring a Purchasing Administrator to join our Purchasing & Procurement Team in Keeling's Select, based on-site in St. Margaret's.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Build & maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors and act as a point of contact
Interface with suppliers and Keelings to ensure cost effective strategies
Assist with procurement strategies and ensure alignment with company policy and contracts.
Assist and lead meetings, tenders, negotiations and communication on behalf of the Select BU.
Generate commercial reports, provide market insights and present to senior leadership when required.
Purchase Order Management activities
Manage and maintain vendor database, including contact information, pricing agreements, and contract details.
Key Skills & Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to perform well under pressure in an ever-changing environment
Highly accurate and attention to detail essential
Candidates must speak fluent English.
Candidate will need their own transport as this role is primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin
Previous experience in an FMCG environment would be advantageous
