Resolve incoming queries from customers to secure payment. Process sales invoices daily. Issue statements to customers monthly. Manage accounts and direct debit facility. Manage Procure Wizard. Record daily bank receipts. Assist with monthly/yearly accounts. Ad hoc projects, as necessary. Tracking communication with Customers on overdue accounts Liaising with our internal sales teams to chase debt.. What skills you need 2-3 years experience in a busy accounts environment.
