The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Dublin 12.
1. Supporting the team with day-to-day customer service activities, including client onboarding and aftersales assistance.
2. Preparing client reports and assisting with the upload and maintenance of client portfolios on internal systems.
3. Enhancing customer satisfaction by responding proactively to client feedback and identifying areas for service improvement.
4. Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and escalate issues, primarily via email and internal platforms.
5. Performing a range of ad hoc administrative duties to support the wider team.
6. Handling debtor management, including direct follow-up with clients via phone and email.
7. Overseeing a portfolio of outstanding debts, scheduling follow-up calls, and escalating accounts where necessary, including issuing final notices when payment remains outstanding.
The Person
- Preferable but not essential experience in customer relations/service and debt collection.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in writing.
- Very strong customer focus.
- Very strong numerical and MS Excel skills.
- Target driven, able to work well under pressure, prioritise and achieve deadlines.
- Self-starter, motivated and flexible in approach, team player.
- Proactive, good at time management.
- Learns quickly and takes responsibility for own development.
