They are looking for an AML and Distribution Analyst to join their team in Dublin.
This role is part of a wider European team of risk and regulatory specialists within the First Line of Defence (FLOD).
You will assume ownership and responsibility for continuing the development and maintenance of the Distributor Oversight Framework, building upon the existing processes to enhance and further embed the culture and governance pertaining to risk within the business.
What you'll do:
As an AML and Distribution Analyst, your role will be diverse, encompassing elements such as distributor risk assessment, due diligence, distributor KYB and (where necessary), KYC, regulatory notifications and ongoing monitoring and assurance.
You will work closely with Regulatory Operations Team and the Customer Success Team.
Your keen commercial acumen will be essential in implementing risk-based and commercially appropriate processes as part of a small team implementing our risk strategy across the region.
Oversee and maintain the Distributor Oversight FrameworkEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Ireland and the European Banking Authority (EBA)
Assist with compiling reports on distributor performance, compliance, and operational mattersMaintain schedule of Distributor Annual Review MeetingsDeliver initial and ongoing due diligence of distributorsIdentify, assess, and report on potential risks associated with distributorsWhat you bring:
