We are currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Administrator to support our finance team in Killarney, County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks, including processing invoices, entering financial data, and bank reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle discrepancies.
* Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
* Assist with filing, mail handling, and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications and Experiences
* A minimum Leaving Certificate, along with additional qualifications in finance or bookkeeping.
* Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is desirable but not required.
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
