A new opportunity is opening up for an experienced Project Manager to join one of the world’s most recognised names in technology and a unique chance to shape a new engineering innovation centre being established in Ireland.
In this role you will be working at the cross section of sales, operations and engineering solutions to deliver large scale projects for a suite of products, including many household names.
Sounds interesting, what will I be responsible for?
* Develop detailed plans for individual projects, ensuring they deliver results across diverse stakeholders and projects.
* Drive project success, collaborate with cross-site teams to create scalable projects aligned with defined objectives and key results, and support cross-site strategies including talent acquisition, ecosystem development, future skill development, innovation, and value creation.
* Collaborate with business managers to plan and execute all-employee meetings and events, including content development, speaker selection, follow-up communication, and surveys.
* Work with business managers and engineering leads to curate engaging content showcasing the engineering site’s story and value.
* Prepare executive communication briefings for key international stakeholders, ensuring effective conveyance of site achievements and contributions.
* Maintain and update the site-wide internal knowledge base for relevance.
What are the required skills and experience?
The ideal candidate has over 4 years’ experience in project/program management, process management, or a related field. They should plan, schedule, report, manage resources, communicate, manage risks, and collaborate. Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills are also required.
The candidate should drive clarity in ambiguous situations, respond effectively to changing demands, and influence, motivate, negotiate, collaborate, and partner with stakeholders.
