About the role This is a dynamic role for a HR graduate, which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of HR assignments. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in human resources, with some experience working in professional services or similar corporate entities. The Opportunity It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with: Supporting the HR function in delivering the HR Strategy and driving improvements across all HR functions In conjunction with the HR Consultant and Business Unit Managers, assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job descriptions, job adverts, interview scheduling, induction and on-boarding. Assist in the administration of internal learning and development programmes Assist in the development and roll-out of employee engagement, CSR and wellbeing initiatives Providing advice and guidance to Business Unit Managers and employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle in a timely and professional manner ensuring that all advice provided is in line with HR policies and practices. Assist in coordinating probationary reviews and annual appraisals. Support the HR Consultant with providing the business with meaningful metrics on recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development activity and other HR key performance indicators. Taking ownership of HR administrative duties including maintaining employee files and all records pertaining to recruitment, performance management, training and development and payroll. Undertaking ad hoc project and tasks as required. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A master's degree in human resource management, or related business discipline. 6 months experience working in professional services environment. CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential. Strong administrative and report writing skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritise. Ability to foster trusted relationships combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise. A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. RSM is an equal opportunity employer.
