We are looking to expand our marketing team with an ambitious Digital Performance Lead to take ownership of our Google Ads campaigns, and web traffic analytics. This role is crucial in driving our digital marketing growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic campaign execution.
Background and Experience Requirements:
* A degree in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is desirable.
* 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of managing paid social media campaigns and PPC advertising.
* Expertise in Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn campaign manager, YouTube ads, and TikTok ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools to optimise ad spend and improve campaign efficiency.
* Experience in managing campaign budgets and analysing return on investment (ROI).
* Ability to create detailed reports and insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.
* Strong copywriting skills for paid campaigns with an understanding of our industry and products.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
* Experience using email marketing system platforms such as HubSpot.
* Detail-orientated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in digital trends.
* Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to increase engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
* Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.
* Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of ad spend across platforms.
* Create and present performance reports, including key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimisation.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with broader brand and content initiatives.
* Monitor and adapt to digital trends, ensuring that our digital strategy remains innovative and competitive.
