About the Role
The Facilities Lead ensures our offices and stores meet the needs of our workforce through third-party management, aligned with our Property strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Suggests facilities management decisions, policies, and processes to drive business and cost efficiencies.
* Coordinates and delivers facilities activities, such as physical security, construction projects, and car fleet management.
* Manages contracts with third-party providers for services like personnel security, catering, groundskeeping, and office/post room management.
* Ensures proper facilities functioning through ongoing inspections and maintenance.
* Implements Health and Safety standards.
* Maintains Vodafone environmental, office, and retail standards while optimizing costs.
* Uses analytical thought to improve facility effectiveness.
* Collaborates with stakeholders to create business cases and financial plans for the facilities function.
* Mentors junior team members (if applicable).
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' relevant engineering experience.
* Degree/Diploma in Property Economics, Estate Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
* Commercial understanding and proven Estates management track record.
