About Your New Job
* To become the technical expert (subject matter expert) on platform and complex projects.
* Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
* Evaluate external process technologies and strategically identify opportunities to implement them.
* Ensure manufactured products meet the company's expectations in terms of quality, cost, and time.
What Skills You Need
* A graduate in Engineering/Technical field with typically 2 or more years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
* Experience with similar medical products, such as catheter delivery systems, is an advantage.
* Product and process development skills in the medical devices industry are required.
* Strong knowledge of materials and process capabilities for catheter-based devices and implants.
* Strong working knowledge of and ability to use statistical analysis techniques.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks, ACAD, and FEA is an advantage.
* Ability to work within the existing team and be fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with company objectives.
* Excellent verbal communication skills to enhance collaboration and written skills to prepare, execute, and communicate plans and reports.
* Strategic planner with successful scheduling and execution results.
