Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations, concierge team and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception and reservations department.
This role will ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay, encompassing overseeing everyday operations in a hospitality environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a reception/reservations team within a 4*/5* hotel environment
* Ensure commercial and customer-focused service with absolute attention to detail
* Provide exceptional leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
* Work on own initiative and as part of the overall hotel management team
* Maintain proficiency with Office Suite, Opera or Hotsoft, Hotel booking engines and CRMS
* Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team
* Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills
Package:
* Competitive salary of between €40,000 – €50,000 per annum
