Job Overview
The successful candidate will be based within the Vial Inspection area of our Newry Facilities. This role involves inspecting injectable vials ranging from 10ml - 1 litre within a unique specialised environment.
Main Activities/Tasks
* Inspecting high quality products using approved processes within a specialised environment.
* Demonstrating the ability to detect, segregate and categorise defects.
* Completing documentation contemporaneously and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out calculations in relation to batch receipt and post inspection reconciliation.
Understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and SOP processes.
Complying with all aspects of the Quality System, adhering to the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice ensuring products are inspected within the defined parameters of the Quality Management System.
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
* Knowledge and understanding of basic level English and Math Skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Previous experience in the completion of documentation to a high standard.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience of working within a manufacturing/packaging environment.
* Previous experience in a visual inspection role.
