Job Title: Stores Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe's largest airline group as we continue to grow and expand our operations. With over 95 bases across our network and a fleet of over 610 aircraft, we are seeking a skilled Stores Officer to support the maintenance and upkeep of our stores.
As a Stores Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring all stock movement with the stores supervisor, recording transactions in our computer system, and ensuring accurate processing of goods. You will also liaise with various departments and teams to control parts shipping throughout the network, manage costs, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring stores tasks are controlled and monitored according to EASA Requirements
- Accounting for all stock movement into and out of stores
- Supporting the stores supervisor in material task control
- Accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
- Handling AOG requests
- Performing tasks according to approved procedures
- Controlling transactions on our computer systems
- Collaborating with the materials department for part purchase and repair
- Maintaining control of parts shipping throughout the network
- Monitoring costs and reports for complete and accurate records
Requirements:
- Desirable experience in stores management
- Ability to organize diverse tasks within the department
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- Good computer skills and effective communication
